How and Where to Buy Colin's Pewter

I have set up this website, and although I am a very good pewtersmith, I am not much of a businessman.  So I do not have any online shopping cart nor electronic method of payment.  If you are interested in my work, send me an email, or phone me and we will discuss it.  I accept Visa and Mastercard, but don't have a secure site so prefer to do these transaction on the phone or fax.  I don't have an 800 number but I can phone you if you give me your number.

Normally, I ship by Canada Post or UPS, and given your location and postal code, can calculate your shipping cost.  I live in Ottawa, Ontario, so am reasonably central.  My prices are in Canadian dollars. I do not charge HST.

I keep a good stock, but may not have everything you want.  I can usually make a piece within a week or so.  If you want a large number of pieces, then we definitely have to discuss the order as I am a one-man operation.  Occasionally, I may not be able to make or ship if I am on vacation.

In the case of custom work, or repairs, I will require some prepayment or a credit card number before I start.

I have a studio at my home in Ottawa where my work may be seen by appointment.  If you would like to purchase some of my wares or have a question regarding repairs please contact me. I do not have to charge sales tax on studio purchases.
